after 3 weeks, get a call said need to wait a little bit more time.

Department engineers will interview in the first round and they will share the job scope with the interviewee. You will receive the second interview after 2 weeks.Be prepared for the second interview because deputy direction and manager may ask technical questions and test how fast u response to those questions.
