First a telephone interview, then flown out for in-person interviews with group panel and department heads and lunch. Slightly delayed process due to university holidays. Later participated in multiple interview processes that involved the entire department, seeking the right fit for each position.

The interview process for this role is typically one round of Zoom/virtual interviews with the hiring committee. Then, there's typically a second round of in-person interviews. After the first round of interviews, they had us complete a "take home" assignment/project that consisted of creating a hypothetical event agenda with potential speakers, venue, etc. and some promotional materials to accompany the scenario.
