I had a great experience in the first interview speaking with the technical manager, and in the second interview with the software developers on the team. The first three interviews was focused on technical questions and the position.
I was offered the position after passing four rounds of interviews, but I declined because there was some red flags in the final fourth interview.
LSQ did not have a good strategy to integrate QA in their development process and the final interview had only “gotcha” questions focused on trying to throw off a candidate.
