I heard back from HR department a few weeks after applying. I did a phone interview with her and waited for the next step. Then I heard from the department I would be working with and had a phone interview. Last step was the in person interview with my co-workers.

Interviewed with LPL Recruiter. Was told I would hear from them a few days later. Took almost three weeks for them to reach back out to tell me I was not considered for further interview.
