I had one first round hour long interview with the hiring manager. He spent 30 minutes asking me questions and 30 minutes letting me ask him questions. The culture seemed friendly but hard working. Sounds like a company with a lot of growth opportunity. They are willing to mold the job a little bit based on your skillset to let you really accelerate.
