Insgesamt ein eigenartiges Interview, da man selbst fast gar nichts gesagt hat. Lange Einführung zur aktuellen Lage im Unternehmen. Eine Frage zum Grund des Wechselwunsches. Danach weiter Anekdoten zur aktuellen Lage und der Zusammenarbeit mit dem HQ in NL.
Fragen zum eigenen Background und den vorherigen Stationen gab es gar nicht.

Clear Communication, transparent communication and clear feedback. Talent acquisition person (Rabih) was excellent. Had a very pleasant interaction with him and he kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Also gave quick feedback and was able to tell you quickly what the next steps were going to be.
