Scheduled an interview, to which no interviewer showed up. After reaching out I got a message back asking to reschedule. When I responded to that, they ghosted. I get if the spot got filled an interview would be pointless. But you need to have some respect for other people time and let a candidate know that you're not going to be there for the interview if you can't or no longer wish to make it.
