first of all is the CV Screening then Phone screening ,and then conducting the English test ,Computer test and if passed from the English and Computer ,he will meet with the Hr for personal interview ,and finally the Line manager Interview. the final say is between the HR and the line manager ,both should accept the candidate in order to be hired.
