I had a preliminary conversation, it was straightforward and very relaxed. The role ended up not being a fit but the representative was very kind. They were pretty quick to initially reach out and wanted to know the basics of my background and why I was looking for a change.

They made me schedule an interview three times, then at the last schedule interview they never showed up, wait for more than 30 minutes and never responded again after follow-up. It was really disrespectful.
