I applied for a entry level coordinating job. First teams interview was fine but then I was told at last minute to do several interviews and assessments for a entry role that would not require this extensive interview process. After the 5th interview, my role then got canceled and I felt like I was dragged along for no reason whilst they sort out their system. They replied back after months, letting me wait and not giving me a clear answer whether ill get the result or another interview stage. They then suggest me another role and a few more interview process for that role too. I felt like a joke. It was very disorganized and not considerable on the candidate side.
