They look at you and if you fit their profile then they'll interview otherwise they'll send you home. Then they ask you basic questions although they don't care about any experience. Later they ask you how much you are asking for and if you tell them something higher they'll low ball you and try to get you to get a lower pay.if you say no then they'll let you go and you will never hear form them again. Seriously worst experience ever.
