Screening, 1st stage and 2nd stage (final stage). Went through to second 2nd (final) stage, then was asked to wait 2-3 weeks for the verdict. Had to follow up multiple times. Eventually found out I was being led on as in the end no one was hired. When asking for explanation for this no reply from either the recruiter or the interviewer. Basically was ghosted.
