Met with multiple people some in groups some individual. They would ask the basic get to know you questions and a few related to the position itself. They also showed you around to see where they started and what is new.

external recruiter followed by Teams interview; from a culture perspective, they are definitely looking for someone who always has the right answer, quite serious and sales-driven. The questions were pertinent: 3 strengths, why do you want to work in marketing, describe a time wheen (situational-judgement questions).
