Applied online and withing 2- 3 days I recieved a call for an interview. I had 2 interviews one was a standard phone call the other was a Skype interview (since I was at college). Once I got the job I was asked to come in for "Orientation" which involved meeting the manager and other employees and then spending 3 hours "getting to know the clothes" which meant I had to walk around the store and fold whatever I saw and memorized its location (the stores are always a mess so anyone who has been in there knows there is no real location besides a general area). Extremely boring and was not allowed to leave until the manager said I could. There was no other interaction with me besides the initial greetings/introductions and when I was told I could leave. Should have known right then that this job would be a nightmare. Still have PTSD from the experience and took a while to gain my confidence back after this job.

Face time interview with office staff then in person at the store. The whole process took around a week. I was offered the position a week after interviewing by the manager of the store.

Simple and straight forward. Be yourself. Must have a drive to enhance customer experience and interest in fashion and styling. The interview is more of a get to know you type of conversation.

I called the Greenwich store to ask if they were hiring. Luckily the manager answered the phone and said yes. She asked for my instagram handle and then said I could come in for an interview.
