Pretentious and a lot of “fashion” attitude. There was a lot of judgement when I didn’t know everything about the brand and the interview turned into a lecture. An interview is a two way street and an interviewee is not going to know everything about the brand and company. I would recommend that they remember this and know that they have to sell the role, company and culture too.
