      Entretien

      Getting an interview here is very hard. You must know someone who is willing to vouch for you or be contacted by their recruiter Clark. You chat with Clark a few time about what your goals are, how you might fit into the company and where you see yourself in the next few years. Clark is a very lovely man and is always very caring on the phone when you speak to him. He will send you a list of questions to expect on the interview call as well as go over them during his phone call. If you get an interview you can expect a few regional directors to be on the call (zoom currently). They want to hear about your experience, what you are wanting from a new company and how you would fit into their teams. If you get a job offer you will hear back from their HR rep Ragin Cain.
