3) In office interview with senior staff members for an aggressive interigation style interview
4) End your interview early due to obvious red flags. The google reviews being the first one.

Number of units in previous employers collection; volume of units processed in one month; number of workers in previous employers production team; experience with fitting sessions and corrections. Ability to communicate corrections by email.
