Entretien
Two virtual interviews with a manager and staff/other team members. Pretty standard questions. Asked to describe myself, why I was looking for this position, etc. Brief accounting knowledge test that anyone who’s taken an accounting course could pass.
My experience was mostly neutral, though I do want to share with other prospective candidates that LCS is now requiring 3 days a week in office instead of just 1. For individuals like myself that would have to commute from out of town, this unfortunately eliminates LCS as a potential employer.
