J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez LCI Academy
Entretien
Skyped with current (western) teachers who told me everything I needed to know and asked straightforward questions, very relaxed, got confirmation within a couple days. It took a couple months to get the background check and visa and then I flew over and was reimbursed for airfare on arrival. Hospital visit with a drug test on arrival as well. Pay a courier to save you time on the background check.

Are you comfortable living in a culture with heavy drinking? Do you have any medical issues (a normal question in Korea for visa purposes)? How would you deal with culture shock and homesickness? More questions about teaching experience/classroom management
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez LCI Academy en août 2012
Entretien
The interview was over the phone, and very casual. The employer asked me about my past experience in educating children and what I learned from it. He then went on to ask about my personal life and goals, and what I do on my downtime, and why I want to come to Korea.
