Process was rather swift - asked a few questions about prior work experience and basic technical questions. Mainly focused on behavioral aspect I felt - definitely an overall positive experience.

What experiences have you had in the past that make you qualified for this role?
I introduced myself to the hiring manager at the career fair, he liked my resume and told me he will be reaching out soon for an interview. The interview was with the hiring manager and an engineer. Super chill nothing technical, just questions about stuff I had on my CV. I received an offer a month later.

The interview was mostly based on your own experiences and questions about your resume, etc. Nothing too technical. My interview was with the person who would be my manager if I got the position, and another employee in the department.
