Recruitment reached out about a Microsoft Teams meeting where I met with one of the hiring managers for 30 minutes. The interview wasn't difficult and he just asked about my current role and how it would pertain to the job. I never heard anything back about the position and I followed up with the recruiter who never reached out to me again. Seemed like a great opportunity but giving it a thumbs down due to lack of communication and acknowledgement for applicants.
