Two rounds, pretty straightforward. I interviewed for 2 similar positions at L3Harris and both had the same process even though they were for different groups. Round 1 was a 1 hour audio interview on Teams with 5-8 members of the team. Round 2 was an on-site interview that took around 3-4 hours. On-site included a facility tour section with multiple members of the team, then a formal structured interview in one of the conference rooms. Both L3Harris interviews I had were very enjoyable experiences. I received an offer from one team and accepted before I was able to hear back from the other.
