I applied for one position but it was filled and the recruited reached out to me because the hiring manager wanted me to interview for another position. A day later, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. This led to a 3 hour long interview to meet with other members of the department. After all of that, NOTHING! No no thank you email or anything, I was completely ghosted and wasted a half day of work for nothing.
