J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez L3Harris
Entretien
I applied for the position online, and I was contacted within a few weeks to organize a phone interview. Let me preface this by saying the behavioral questions were all very typical. The interviewer asked about how I work in teams, and about the projects/classes I have completed. The person who interviewed me had terrible phone/communication skills. For example, the interviewer would randomly stop talking in the middle of his sentences. Because the interview was conducted through Skype audio, I thought the connection was bad, but when I would say explain that I thought the connection went out, he would say "no, I just stopped talking." It was the weirdest phone interview I have ever had. This happened a few months ago, and I have not heard anything since. This was one of my first interviews ever because I am a senior in college. I was deeply disappointed with the experience because of how terrible my interviewer was at communicating.

Question 1
What's the difference between a struct and a class?
Horrible recruiter with slow responses. She didn't let me finish answering her questions, and was quick to move on with the interview. A while later, she said the hiring manager wanted to speak with me, and asked for my availability. I responded with my availability and asked for a time. She never responded and ghosted me. Now my application says it's no longer under consideration.
Got invited to a hiring event in El Segundo . You had your register via email to get invited to this event. Once at the event scan a QR code and wait outside in the lobby area to be called.
The format of the interview can vary a bit by department. The whole process can be long and somewhat repetitive. They look for answers in the STAR format (situation or task, action and result)
