J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez L3Harris (McKinney, TX) en sept. 2025

I got a call from a recruiter and then a hiring manager who said I was perfect for the position. I was offered an interview that was less than an hour with super easy questions. It's been almost two weeks since that interview and the hiring manager and recruiter both have ghosted me. This upsets me because I was almost overqualified the position, so I would've liked feedback for future interviews what went wrong. At first, they were replying and kept telling me to "wait until tomorrow" and "we'll get an offer tomorrow" every day for over a week so I put my job search on hold. In my opinion, this company is very unorganized and uncommunicative.

Fairly straightforward. If you have experience with government-as-customer technical documentation, the process is extremely simple.
If you do not have previous contractor tech writer experience, as long as you understand that documentation is the proof of work accomplished and serves as the record thereof, you should be a shoo-in.
