1st rd was phone interview 2nd rd was webcam interview then they put the process on hold till December 3rd rd was suppose to be in person its 2 weeks into December. no traction has been made. company has poor communication and leadership and organization. with holidays coming up i dont see the process coming back this year so prob 6 or 7 mth process
