I was invited to attend a group interview on November 19th, 2014 at the new Mall of America store. It was a typically cold winter day. I was wearing L L Bean boots, an L L Bean turtleneck, an L L bean red sweater, L L Bean blue winter parka, L L Bean yellow cap, and L L bean yellow & black gloves. One of the questions that all seven applicants had to answer was about our experience using a computer in a busy work environment. When it was my turn, I told my story about a job I held with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. However I related what happened there in a "story format" and while I did this I noticed that all six applicants and the two interviewers were waiting for the end of the story and were all watching me to hear how the "story" ended. I was hired after the interview.
