Applied online. was called in and invited for a group interview. After the offer, I had three weeks of training in company core values, customer service, inventory and product lines, computer applications for catalog sales, etc.

Group interview with up to 7 people and two managers. Did certain assigned tasks like putting up a tent and selling items to them. Average difficulty questions. The recruiters were super nice.

The process was informal. I met with the Store Manager in a location near the store and discussed myself, the company and the position for about 30 minutes. At the conclusion of the interview, I was told that the hiring process would begin immediately to get me working as soon as possible.
