It was a straight forward discussion and selection process. Standard approach with two persons conducting it on a technical basis. Then they explained about the company, their motto and structure. Very flexible and comprehensive explanation of the role.

The hiring process was dynamic and smooth. The recruiter was kind, and informative. First they invite you for a phone screening. After that comes a technical interview with experienced developers. The questions they ask often aim for paradigms, best practices, and actual in-depth knowledge of the technology you'll be using.
