Most unprofessional interview setup ever. Did not interview with them bc I don't want to be associated with a company if that's how the run things. I was emailed and asked for my availability to do a call. I supplied 4 different times and dates. They come back 2 business days later with a calendar invite for a date and time not on my provided list. I emailed them and let them know that the proposed date didn't work for me and another employee was copied in on their response and tried to pass me off however the new copied employee responded back that "one of you two figure it out" um no. I gave you times available not my responsibility to keep reminding you. Ridclious I just quit responding at this point.

Se concretó la entrevista a través de Teams y esta fue realizada por la encargada de reclutación y el responsable del departamento de destino.
La entrevista se hizo muy amena y muy fluida
I had a great experience during the interview process for the project management position at Kyndryl. The interviewers were friendly, and the interview itself went smoothly. However, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up after the interview. Despite my attempts to reach out to the recruiter, I didn’t receive any updates on the result.
It would have been nice to receive at least a brief update, even if the decision was to move forward with another candidate. Clear communication, especially after the interview, is something that could greatly improve the candidate experience.
