Recruiter approached me for scheduling interview and two PHDs took first round. They asked quetsions on what project I explained and drill down further to know technicality & approach I took.

Entretien
I applied for the role and was invited to a phone interview with the recruiter just two days later, which initially felt promising. I scheduled for the earliest available slot the next working day. However, when the recruiter joined, she immediately mentioned that the company couldn’t move forward due to visa sponsorship and ended the call within three minutes.
It was disappointing because the role genuinely matched my skills and interests, and this could’ve easily been clarified through email instead of a meeting. I wish the team had reviewed my application more carefully before scheduling the call.

Entretien
I had a very bad experience with the Agentic AI Data Science interview at Kyndryl. The process was not professional at all.
The interview was about 1.5 hours, and they asked me to design a flight booking system. It was easy, and I thought it went well. But the whole experience felt strange.
The manager was very young and had no real experience in AI….!!!! Their background was not related to data science or system design. It made me feel they don’t understand what they are looking for.
I have strange feelings about this company. They are not professional.
I feel good that I declined my offer.
Something feels wrong and suspicious about this company!
