The interview process covered a broad and demanding range of topics—including beam squint, TE/TM modes, system-level integration, antenna testing, and behavioral questions. Although the position was advertised as a Senior Antenna Engineer role, the expectations spanned everything from system-level architecture down to detailed design, testing, and calibration.
In my experience, the process felt more focused on evaluation than on filling a position. Despite being framed as discussions about “next steps,” it ended in rejection, leaving the impression that the team may not have had a clear intent to hire. Unless you are referred internally or backed by a strong connection, it may be difficult to get through.
