Been through a panel of team leaders, then team members. Presented my work, then mostly questions about what I want to be, where I see myself in the future, and my behaviour at work.
Phone interview with 2-3 staff for 30mins then a later face to face presentation to ~15 people with a Q and A session followed by several small interviews with 1-2 staff and a lab tour of the facilities.
