F2F interview with the department manager and the team - repeating of the second step but F2F The major pain-point was the final feedback that they did not provide even after a month and a reminder email. No communication at all, just cut-off. Very unprofessional and concerning having in mind they are telling about the value of their company culture.

Apparently it is a 4 stage interview. I failed at the first jump. It starts off with a Google Teams meet one on one with your direct head and then you would go into the office for a competency test. I was gone at the first stage. I was interviewed by the head of product who was a former business analyst and had zero technical hands on skills. I realised 5 minutes into the interview he didn't have a clue about what he was talking about and that I had totally lost him. Didn't progress to the next stage.
