To this day it's been the most bazaar interview process I've ever seen in a company. Normally for a standard QA Tester role, you get a webcam interview and then an interview with managers. Usually a 2 step process before getting an offer. Kwale, take it a step further, you have a phone interview, interview, interview with hr then interview with the board of directors. Which seems like overkill to me for a QA Tester role.

There were 5 rounds in total: 1st round Online assessment 2nd round Resume shortlisting 3rd round HR round 4th round Technical Round 5th round Manager round Then I got the offer which I accepted
