I applied online. I had a phone interview with HR and an in person interview with the team manager. The manager was late for the second interview and the interview was interrupted by her children who were in the office that day. I was told I would hear back with a decision either way and was never contacted back. As a professional it seems disrespectful to have someone go through multiple interviews and not tell them when a decision is made.

Entretien
The interview process was rather thorough. Two skype interviews, and one on site interview in Cpt. I can tell that the culture of Kurtosys is important to the company and thus it is important, along with knowledge and capability, that the persons will fit in with the existing employees and the way things work.

Since I was interviewing for a Project Management role, I was asked to run through one of my previous projects, the processes etc. How we dealt with delays and issues etc.

Entretien
The interview process was extensive, but very open and non-intimidating. All people involved were very professional and honest about the environment and expectations of the role. I was kept informed of progress throughout, up to the point of offer and the transition was relatively seamless.
