very laid back and casual. I was asked if i had previous tutoring experience, academics, and what my GPA was. It was done in the back room of the kumon facility.

The interview process was in very simple Japanese. Before the interview, we were asked to submit essays about why we wanted to apply for the internship. The interviewer was very friendly and patient. Results of the application were swift and the following procedures was clearly explained.
