J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kumon
Entretien
Teaching experience questions and professional goals, then education experience. After that, they give a phone call about a week after. Then, there will be a background check. Orientation went well.
I met with the manager, and they asked me about my previous experience of teaching or working with Kumon. They ask about their vision/mission statement. It's really casual because though it's a big company, each location has only one manager.
You need proof of residence and ID, and must take a timed test covering basic 5th-grade math skills. It's straightforward but requires quick thinking and accurate calculation. I don't recall taking an English test version but they were nice.
