Interview was very simple, all that was required was a basic educational test to determine which students you’ll be assisting. You then talk with the Center Director to discuss your schedule and previous educational and tutoring experience.

Quick and easy in about 3-4 questions. I walked right in and got things started. I was seated in the classroom and it was only the franchise owner that interviewed me.
The interview was extremely short and contained brief questions. Not a lot of them referred to any prior knowledge regarding math or English skills. The most important ones are regarding one's ability to work with children.
I applied online via email and received a reply in a few days for an interview. It was an 1 on 1 interview. There was no test and the interview lasted for 15 minutes.
