One of the 2 owners contacted me immediately via email. He offered 3 times to meet. Some were the same day, which was impossible. I offered new times. He agreed. I showed up, he was kind, professional, positive, asked solid questions and was extremely honest about the roles. He answered every question I asked. His wife was the primary owner and boss of the staff. He made that extremely clear. He offered me the job via email after discussing it with his wife who told me a week later that she loved my resume and cover letter and chose me specifically. He and her have a wonderful business relationship and they are great to work for. They are very collaborative but clear on individual roles. No confusion whatsoever. It was a great interview. Great experience. Wonderful people.
