Went to the location, had an interview with the Director. Answered all questions and asked questions about the program. An explanation about what the job duties will be. Registering clients, help in testing and taking payments.

Entretien
Very brief, gives you a run down on how she needs things done. She asks you several questions on whether you can handle the workload and kind of gets a feel for you.
At a smaller franchise location of Kumon a friend was leaving the job and asked if I was interested. I said yes and gave my resume, then was called by the owner and given a standard phone interview. No curve balls, and was given an offer later that week.
