Since team leaders are not educated in HR it was as simple as approaching one of them in person and express the will to work in the position. After that we agreed on day when I will be able to work in position and prove my capabilities to handle all the tasks and run production process without significant interruptions.

They only asked if I have education in mechatronics. And then they gave me a opportunity to proof my knowladge directly giving me a full day to work in the position.
