3 interview stages: answer to questions via video and in writing + metric test + math problem (approximate duration 4 hours), 30 minute telephone interview with a consultant, final 30 minute video interview with a consultant

Why is commercial awareness important in your opinion?
First you have to do online assessments and pre-recorded video interviews. Then you get asked to do a telephone interview, and then have to do a final interview over teams.

The first stage was a telephone interview and then an online assessment. I thought the online assessment was one of the most interesting and realistic tests I have done so it made it pretty enjoyable
