The interview process occurred through a set of pre-set questions online. You had unlimited time and up to 3 takes. The process was easy and communication was good. The questions were a mixture of personal and technical questions.

4 stages in total. 1. Pre-recorded interview. 2. Short phone call determining your competency. 3. 5 day assessment centre to test your ability to critically think and demonstrate some industry knowledge. 4. Final interview focused on applying critical thinking to commercial questions.
