I was invited to a phone interview following initial CV screening. The interview itself was fine - maybe 4 or 5 questions that were pretty generic interview questions and then I was asked to complete an online assessment. The assessments were challenging and took quite long to complete - there were 8 that took between 20 minutes and an hour and you have five days to complete them. I didn't get through to the final interview and would just say that it was a time consuming process to go through. Would maybe be better if the assessment was a little shorter but the interviewer and the rest of the process was pleasant.

Had a 30 min phone interview involved basic personality questions and 2 challenge questions which were loosely tied to data. Assessment centre was 10 am-4pm and involved 5 tests, an interview and a presentation prepared beforehand on certain topics. Tests involved inductive reasoning, business tests(?), excel (not count to your overall mark), logic tests. It's an exhausting day so be prepared!
