Incredibly slow process. I applied in April they got back to me in June, telling me they will get back to me in August. They didn't get back to me in August. I emailed in September, they set up an interview in October. By end of October they called me (5 mins before a meeting I had) and mentioned they had a made mistake with the role and' got some learnings' from the whole thing.

- Very professional process with a personal touch. You really get to know your future colleagues.
- Enegising interviews with 2 way discussions.
- Very upfront about the type of work and culture. As well as the upcoming roadmap items for the next months.
