I have been contacted by the company several times over the past few months to fill an industrial engineering position in Cincinnati. Each time I have been ghosted which is leaving my confused. Are you hiring? If you are not interested in me, is there a reason you keep contacting me? It's never the same recruiter which is another reason i prefer to work with recruiters that have exclusive rights to fill positions. On top of that I personally know a fellow engineer who arrived for in person interview and was promised a gas card and a meal gift card. His gas card never arrived and his $15 chipotle card was empty...

Very poor communication. Contact person from the company was switched multiple times and I went weeks at a time without any contact, information, or follow up on questions. Overall, extremely frustrating and almost a complete waste of time
