Interview was very brief and only asked me my previous employment history and availability. I was then given a run down of what the position would entail and had to sign a couple papers proving that it was explained to me. Overall not too bad and was very laid back.

then training hall (free bus rides, one time lunch, the mgr said it came out of his pocket"whatever")
store training actual store (meet store employees"competition" some people will train, some people will not get along with)

customer asking produce goods that you have no idea much about and learning what customer thinks to help them cause most of the time they know what they want, then they want to get something on you if you know it or not (testing you)btw

Rote, simplistic, smarmy interviewer. Typical open ended questions regarding customer service. I got the distinct impression that I was being eliminated due to my age. I frequently shop at the store and there are very few employees over age 45.
