Phone screen was a pleasant experience but did not receive any feedback good or bad after following up with interviewer (which was the hiring manager). Have had this happen more than once with this company. Seems like if a candidate takes the time to research the company and job and puts in a reasonable effort to interview and answer questions, the least they should get is some feedback so they can better focus their job search going forward.
