I walked upstairs to the office. Asked for an application. Filled it out on the spot. Got an interview 15 minutes later. The interview included questions about how I would be a good fit for the job and took about 17-18 minutes. And they hired me on the spot.

The job interview was really simple and straightforward. The employer asked me a couple of personal questions and my past experiences. It was during my high school years and I didn’t have much experience.
